Zoe

Sporting Manager

The heartbeat of the paddock. Zoe keeps everything - and everyone - on track. Known for her precision, professionalism, and no-nonsense approach, Zoe manages the drivers and operations with style and authority. The drivers might be a little scared of her (not really ;-), but that’s only because she’s that good and always pushing us to be our best!

Ian

Technical Lead

The strategist and the steady hand. Ian is the brains behind the scenes - calm, experienced, and always ready for anything “official.” His leadership and organisation keep Shift Point sharp and focused, both on and off the circuit.

Lee

Mechanic

Lee is a lifelong motorsport enthusiast, with 15 years hands on experience under the bonnet. He has worked on everything from touring cars and classic Group C legends, to both modern and vintage Formula One cars. Coming from a family steeped in motorsport, the paddock feels like home. For Lee, there’s no better feeling than seeing a car he’s built from bits, fly past the pit wall and come alive on the track - that’s where all the late nights really pay off !
